Basic (driving) techniques:

  • Kick-off
  • Driving, walking pace
  • Balance / equilibrium
  • Compensating for natural conditions
  • Braking
  • Correct posture on the bike
  • Trial stop
  • Riding natural sections
  • Riding uphill / downhill

Requirements:

Please bring sturdy shoes, hard-wearing clothing (which can also be thrown in the bin after the event), helmet.
Gloves are useful but not necessary.
For a 1:1 trial training, sufficient “two-wheel knowledge”, good basic level of fitness and balance should be present.

Participants:

Individual or groups up to 4 people welcome.

Participants have 1 motorbike at their disposal for the course. I.e. in groups the motorbike is shared among the participants, which is highly recommended, especially for beginners, as the effort is often underestimated.
On the one hand, this allows better attention to be paid to each individual while the others can recover from their ride, and on the other hand, the participants and the motorbike are not overtaxed.
The group participants should have approximately the same level of experience.

Weather:

Held in most weather, however, in extreme circumstances where conditions are unrideable we may need to rearrange.
This is necessary to keep the risk of injury at a very low level.
Ultimately, the decision on where to ride lies with the course leader. This applies to both group and individual courses.

Schedule:

The course is scheduled for 4-5 hours, depending on the time of year. Rest periods in the forest must be observed, so it is advisable to start a little earlier.

Compensation for expenses:

Groups: 80€ / person
Individual: 100€ / person

Crash parts will be charged extra.
